Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United have tested the water for Red Bull Salzburg star Karim Adeyemi, but a move to the Premier League duo does not interest the Liverpool target.
Adeyemi’s fine form for Red Bull Salzburg has seen him attract interest from several clubs, including Bayern Munich, RB Leipzig and Paris Saint-Germain.
Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in the 19-year-old, who has his heart set on a move away from Red Bull Salzburg next year.
The Reds, though, are not the only Premier League club interested in signing Adeyemi, with Tottenham and Newcastle keen on the forward too.
According to German television channel Sport1, Tottenham and Newcastle have enquired about the possibility of signing Adeyemi from Red Bull Salzburg.
However, the Premier League duo have received a blow to their hopes of signing the German as he is not interested in a move to those clubs.
While Adeyemi not being interested in a move to Tottenham and Newcastle will come as good news for Liverpool, they face stiff competition from Borussia Dortmund for him.
Borussia Dortmund are said to be leading the race to sign Adeyemi from Red Bull Salzburg, with a decision regarding his future tipped to be made later this month.
