I had exhaustive blood tests and a hormone injection last Thursday morning – it was my quarterly check up on what’s going on with my cancer.
My stage four prostate cancer remains stabilized although the PSA count is now measurable but still minute – it’s an indication of whether the cancer may be spreading.
Stage four cancer is not curable and has been in my system for almost 30 months now, and I’m doing much better than expected.
I remain upbeat and extremely humbled and thankful for the latest results.
The doctors and nurses at the Rex Cancer Center here in Raleigh, North Carolina have been fantastic and all credit goes to them.
